Maybe he needs a tiny steed for nose-jousting. (You can't have steeds for pancake duels, because then they'll try to eat all the pancakes.)

Maybe, but I'm not sure I'd do so well in a real-life pancake duel! I'm prone enough to getting syrup all over myself without coworkers launching syrup-laden projectiles at me.
